Unfortunately, the breakfast quality failed to impress, as many items were bland,, while wifi connectivity constantly dropped.

The units are absolutely fantastic, neat with the bathroom, an astonishing skyline view plus comfy bed...

Everything was excellent during 5 days, liked its particularly good location close enough to the bus station, the Centre of many restaurants and Malls, and airport: )

Some people working there were incompetent.

The housekeeping team was prompt with any requests, and the room I had was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The atmosphere felt cute right from the check-in, and I appreciated the hospitality from the front desk. The restaurant offered a nice buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and the food quality was excellent. The wifi connectivity was a letdown. It was almost non-existent during my first couple of days, and even after troubleshooting, I still faced issues with consistent access. The gym could use some updating as well, the equipment felt a bit old. I'd love to see improvements in these areas on my next visit.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with excellent and friendly service. Rooms are nicely decorated, quiet and clean with good amenities, bed is comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet. Only 20 minutes from the Calcutta International and Domestic airport terminals. Airport shuttle is available to/from the hotel for a fee. I stayed there for a one night transit between flights and really needed a good rest, and was able to get it. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent infrastructure along with the nice location. The food was good and the services offered were also in time. In all it was very nice stay there in The Sonnet.

Greenry factor is much needed up there as it adds some beutifulness to the look. Flower and small tree plantation is much needed in the hotel.

Convenient Location with Room for Service Improvement

Great stay overall! The restaurant served delicious food, particularly the breakfast buffet with a wide variety. Staff responsiveness could be enhanced, especially during busy times. Consider visiting during non-peak hours for a more relaxed experience.

Stayed only for 1 night, due to trip next morning train to Jamshedpur. However I left behind some items in the mini bar, but the staff had already put them in a safe place for me to pick up 3 days later. Very genuine, and honest staff. Thank you all at The Sonnet Hotel.

This is a perfect hotel when you need to be close to the airport. Excellent

The breakfast did not open until 07.00 a.m, that is ridiculous for an airport hotel. It should be open at 06.00 a.m.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the spacious Deluxe Double Room that was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The small swimming pool and gym on-site were great for winding down too. Just a heads-up, the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t really mess with my overall experience. 🌟

A well kept modern hotel with all the features you would expect from a good business hotel with great room rates.

The breakfasts could do with some improvement, the indian cuisine is lovely but the 'western' style breakfast were not the best.

Lack of non-spicy food

The Sonnet Kolkata radiates elegance with its modern decor and spacious common areas. I appreciated the attentive staff who were always available to assist.

Improve the hot water availability during early hours.

It was in a great location close to City Centre Mall.

30 mins from the airport, which is not very far by Kolkata standards

For a luxury hotel, the towels need to be of much better standard.
